You know how keeping friends means being responsible for keeping in touch, engaging in conversation, picking up on whats their interest and fuckin remembering it. I haven't been really doing that. The friends I
really care for, the people who used to be always around are nowhere to be scene at least in my line of sight. I guess they were only around because it was high school. Looking back at my life I can say the role I usually played was the geeky, weird largely unknown recluse and because of that I made friends with other likeminded hermits. There were moments that stood out

Sam: Hey man lets go walk around and see what everyones doing

Me: Na lets just chill in the Caf man

We Met After....

Theres this guy following some girl. The girl totally knows she's being followed so she just fucks around with this stalker, starts running. he gets startled, then unwittingly, also runs abit. after afew minutes it seems he's not sure why he's running. they both get to a narrow allyway. She runs out of sight then he stops thinking out loud "Why am I doing this?" He walks out of the ally walks into a deli. The girl, Jamie, comes around waits for the guy, John, to come out.

John walks out, she closely follows. She runs in front of him when he is distracted opening his candy. Moments later she turns around and stops and again startles John.

John:(smiles) Its you.

Jamie:(smiles back) Mind explaining why you are following me? I've just about had enough of this game.

John: I- umm... you know...

Jamie:(nods) Yea and..? (pause) you're going home now boy.

John:(little shocked and scared) What? Why?

Jamie: Well you are following me for a reason. (John protest) Yes I know you were following me, Im a girl ok. You didn't even hide yourself well. you definitely not professional. I'm certain you not a creepy fuck either, you woulda done somethin by now. shit you stopped in the ally way. What a dummy.

John: OK fine I'll go home. (he turns to walk)

( A man gets bumped into John then stops)

Is there a problem? Why are you harassing this girl?

John: (angry) I haven't spoken more than a sentence with this woman. Who are you?

Stranger: miss is he-

John: Hey I asked who are you?

The man walks away. John turns to Jamie.

Jamie: Wow where did Mr. big man come from?

John: I don't know ya'know most people around here-

Jamie No dummy I'm talking about you. You barely knew how to talk when I spoke few seconds ago. Now You were about to go fight some fuck, who did push you...(pause) nothing to say anymore? wren't you leaving? you better say what you wan't to say or-

John: I think you're pretty. Will you go out with me?

Jamie: holy dumbass Thats what I've been waiting for you tell me? shit you have the worst game I've ever encountered. NO wait I heard of your type. yea, you shy wallflower type. I'm glad I finally met one.

John: aww come'on bullshit. you've totally met guys like me. like I don't know haven't you noticed anyone back in your school years, people who never talk in class? better yet people you never see ouside school? theres soooo many movies about that type of guy

Jamie: I was Homeschooled(WHAT???), movies are all fake, so I don't watch them alot.(SHUT THE FUCK UP) and that type of guy is you and your finally replying to me with more then 2 words together. Bravo.

John: Im really leaving now.

Jamie:(seeing the stranger come back with other people) umm... Naaaa lets walk abit

John:(all too eager) Ok

They Walk afew blocks. the same guys are tailing them. Jamie Grins.

John: Whats your name?

Jamie: mad late son. You should've asked before you tried to mess with that guy, John. (Hands back wallet)

John: Are you serious?(checks wallet)

Jamie: Ha, be glad I didn't take anything else. Now listen hear me out. You gotta do alot more than just a "you pretty" before you ask any girl out. unless you only like them hoes.

Skating

I love skating because its been a way for me to escape my fucking house. i live in Woodside but i skate to Astoria because thats just how i made friends

I'm trying to write about someone elses idea. First I start writing dialouge defining the character and hes like 'dude thats cliche.' He's asking for a story on a god from greek mythology. Its for his class but I dont really know if I should really do this he didn't even ask for help anyway. Still I'm find this fun and exiting because he could possibly read it aloud and act it out. thats how fun it is.

This is my friend form high school. Were in math 96 together but its weird seeing HS friends and College friends together. Its like running into that guy who you'd crack jokes about before, or meeting that girl in a club your friend is talking about asking out. I dont know

Homework slacker

I have 3 papers due; A sign language paper, an American Studies paper overdue 2 semesters ago I believe and i have to interview my role model.I chose to talk about ASL culture for some reason and i barely have a page done. The manhattan project was at 1 point in my life vastly interesting, anything to do with espionage i adored.

Now not so much now that i have to write a detailed account about it. I had 3 weeks notice about my role model i havent conducted the interview yet. But hey i can do it now right?

...ok i just spent like an hour on bejeweled. wtf is wrong with me?

I love music

i want to listen to every song out there. I may not like it, but i'll hear it once so i'll know when to run out of the room when i hear it.

im asking my friend "have you heard any local music at a bar or the street that sounded really good? " Im not expecting an answer =p

Teaching

I gotta say for anyone who professionally teaches, i applaud you. helping someone understand the combined gas law for example. where in a substance the amount of molecules are stable but the temperature of a substance , the volume of substance and the pressure its under are all changeable variables. volume and pressure are multiplied and divided by the temperature.

Now to teach this you don't have to assume your students know what your talking about. but your banking on the fact that all your students are listening, taking notes and present.hence understanding the curriculum

for the most part i've been there in class more then most of my school. I listen usually but notes arent my strong point unfortunately, but i can say for sure i understand and retain most of the general concepts lessons laws ect. that were taught to me.

Critical Thinking

I told a friend once I'd imagine they'd a start making a clinically stupid class just to balance out the people who fail Critical Thinking. My guidance counselor changed my piano to this mysterious class.

I did not take that well one bit. I will probably pursue music in general for the rest of my life

I soon discover after 5 minutes sitting in that this college class called critical thinking comes with a middle aged abrasive teacher, thus rendering it an intense style to run a class. I cant help but like this guy, can't say why. This self proclaimed loud mexican called me out when I gasped at his opening monologue about his grading policy. particularly when he talked about collecting our notes.

WHAT?

since when do teachers do that?

Is the gap between high school and college really that big?

Still I like this class. The name itself I find appealing.

but the homework. Oh the homework, I have to write down reasons why I would apply for a scholarship to a certain college why should i apply for a full scolarship to a college? So I wont have to pay for college and get the education for free. but what else I want to be educated but I dont know what I want as a job exactly. College is a plethora of anxiety for me

I'm thinking about teaching music because i love teaching anything I know to someone else. Watching my students face when they play a beloved song makes it all worth while.

or being a professional musician being that I've been playing guitar for 2-3 years almost everyday.

or a character actor trust me I'm a natural.

be or a cook. or writing scripts or I just don't know.

i'll be saying that too for the rest of my life . I Don't Know. But how often?

I hope i can stay interested long enough to pass the class.
